The Music Studio

Catch a Rising Star introduces children ages 6–11 to musical theater singing,  dancing, and acting. Over the course of two weeks, aspiring young actors learn beginning choral work and part singing, and enhance their vocal work with theater skills and dances. In 2021, we’ll be putting together a variety show composed of solo songs, socially-distanced group numbers, short scenes, and monologues. Students will learn the fundamentals of theater through games and group activities, strengthening their imagination and teamwork skills. Students will have the opportunity to work creatively, crafting stage characters while learning how to effectively use their singing and speaking voices. Tuition: $250.
